Who We Are

About NeroxFinance: why the site was built, who it is written for and the lines we will not cross.

This page is the plain answer to "about NeroxFinance": what the site is, what it is for and, just as importantly, what it will never be. If you only read one paragraph, read this one. NeroxFinance is an independent education website. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a bank and not an investment adviser. It cannot hold your money, place an order for you or tell you what to buy.

Why we started

Most people make their first investing decision with very little help. A colleague mentions a company, a video promises a "must-own" share, or an app sends a notification about a price move. The information that would let a newcomer judge any of this sits in annual reports, regulator publications and fund documents that were never written for beginners.

NeroxFinance exists to close that gap. We translate the mechanics of the stock market, exchange-traded funds, indices and dividends into ordinary language, and we show the arithmetic behind the ideas so you can check it yourself. The aim is not to make investing sound exciting. It is to make it understandable, so that any decision you do take is one you can explain.

Who the site is written for

Our main reader is someone at the start: perhaps opening a first investment account, perhaps inheriting shares they do not understand, perhaps simply curious about what the financial news means when it says the Nasdaq fell 2%. We assume no prior knowledge and define terms the first time they appear, with a full glossary for anything we miss.

Because many beginners also bump into currencies and cryptocurrency, we cover those too, from how forex trading works to what Bitcoin is. Those guides carry clear risk warnings, because leveraged and crypto products can cause losses far faster than an ordinary share portfolio.

What you will find here

What NeroxFinance is not

We want this to be impossible to misread:

  • We do not offer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, trading, custody or any financial product.
  • We do not recommend individual shares, funds, coins or platforms, and we do not publish price predictions.
  • We do not accept payment from companies in exchange for coverage.
  • We do not run social media groups, chat channels or "mentoring" programmes, and we never message readers first.

If anyone claiming to represent NeroxFinance offers to manage your money, sells you a course or asks for a fee to unlock a withdrawal, they are impersonating us. Stop contacting them, keep the evidence and report it to your national financial regulator or the police.

How our content is made

Guides are built from primary material wherever possible: exchange rulebooks, regulator notices, index methodology documents and company filings. Drafts may be prepared with the help of AI writing tools, then checked by a human editor against those sources, with every worked example recalculated before publication. We note where we relied on a specific rule and update pages when rules change. The full process, including how to request a correction, is set out in our editorial policy.

A note on risk

Nothing on this site is personal advice. We do not know your income, debts, goals or tolerance for loss, and those matter more than any general explanation. The value of shares and funds can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. If you need advice tailored to your situation, speak to a regulated financial adviser in your country.

Getting in touch

We welcome corrections, questions about a guide and suggestions for topics we have not covered yet. Use the contact page. Please do not send account details, passwords or documents; we cannot act on them and do not want to hold them.
